Transaction Confirmation

A self-initiated withdrawal of available funds from a Nexelorant Account requires the owner authorization the account is built to require, using the corresponding wallet; in the current implementation, TON Connect is used. Nexelorant has no access to private keys and cannot create the owner's signature on their behalf. Settlements, refunds the contract provides for, and referral payouts are not a self-initiated account withdrawal and are carried out under the rules of their respective scenario. The specific user-authorization mechanism may change in later versions of the service.

Accuracy of the Recipient Address

The user must specify a correct recipient address. Nexelorant bears no responsibility for funds sent to incorrect, invalid, or unsupported addresses.

Irreversibility of Transactions

Confirmed withdrawal transactions are final and irreversible. Sending a message to the network does not, by itself, mean the transaction is confirmed or that the recipient has successfully received the funds. Nexelorant cannot change, suspend, or cancel a confirmed transaction; any subsequent action is possible only within the smart contract's built-in mechanisms.

Signature and User Responsibility

By signing a transaction, the user confirms the accuracy of all its parameters, including the amount and the recipient address. The user bears full responsibility for every action they sign.

Availability of Funds

A self-initiated withdrawal from a Nexelorant Account is possible only within the funds available to it, subject to the account's logic and its linked jetton wallet. Funds transferred into a deal's contract are handled under that contract's rules and do not form part of the account's freely withdrawable balance. Payouts to a performer or a referrer, to the main wallet or to a Nexelorant Account, follow the chosen payout method and are distinct from a self-initiated withdrawal. GRAM Petrol is not among the funds available for ordinary withdrawal.

Processing Through Smart Contracts

Withdrawals are carried out in accordance with smart-contract logic. The user accepts the risks associated with such operations, including risks tied to smart-contract execution, protocol-defined logic, delays, or interaction with other users.

Execution Times

The speed of a withdrawal depends on the state of the blockchain network, its load, and the size of the transaction fee. In some cases, delays may arise from network congestion, validator behavior, or confirmation requirements, all of which are outside Nexelorant's control. Nexelorant does not guarantee instant execution.

Fees and Network Costs

Under the current product model, Nexelorant's fee on top-ups and withdrawals is 0% for all users. This does not eliminate network costs or any fee provided for under the deal.

GRAM Petrol is a separate technical balance for covering network costs. It can be topped up and is used through a shared technical address or circuit for required messages and interaction with smart contracts. It is not a platform fee and not deal funds.

An unused GRAM Petrol balance does not expire and remains on the technical balance to cover future network costs and the technical execution of actions it provides for. Withdrawing GRAM Petrol to the user is not provided for; it is not a refundable deposit or a resource available for ordinary withdrawal.

No Guarantee of Execution

Nexelorant does not guarantee successful execution in the event of network failures, smart-contract errors, incorrect parameters, blockchain conditions, third-party infrastructure failures, or other external factors.

Acceptance of Terms

By initiating a withdrawal, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these rules. The user also acknowledges the technological nature of blockchain systems, accepts all associated risks, and acts at their own risk and sole discretion.
