Network and Token Accuracy

The user must use only the supported network and the specified digital asset when sending funds. Using any other network or asset may result in a complete and irreversible loss of funds, for which Nexelorant bears no responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Funds must be sent only to the address provided by the Nexelorant system for the specific operation. Nexelorant bears no responsibility for funds sent to incorrect, outdated, or third-party addresses unrelated to that operation.

Irreversibility of Transactions

Confirmed transactions on blockchain networks are final and irreversible. Nexelorant cannot change, suspend, or cancel such a transaction. A refund or other subsequent action the contract provides for is a separate operation, not a reversal of the confirmed transaction.

Processing Through Smart Contracts

Operations may be carried out using smart contracts. By using Nexelorant, the user accepts all risks associated with blockchain technology, including possible technical limitations, errors, vulnerabilities, delays, unforeseen smart-contract behavior, and risks tied to protocol-defined logic and interaction with other users.

Processing Times

Crediting of funds depends on the state of the blockchain network, its load, and the number of transaction confirmations. In some cases, delays may arise from network congestion, validator behavior, or confirmation requirements, all of which are outside Nexelorant's control.

User Responsibility

The user makes their own decisions when sending funds and is responsible for the correctness of their actions, including the choice of network, asset, address, and transaction parameters. A user's mistake does not, by itself, create any obligation for Nexelorant to manually restore, return, or compensate funds, including address errors, parameter errors, and unsupported interactions, unless an existing mechanism expressly provides otherwise. The cancellation, refund, and timeout-execution paths built into the smart contract remain available and apply once their respective conditions are met. The user's mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited.

Use of Funds Within Nexelorant

Funds used within Nexelorant are applied strictly in accordance with smart-contract logic and the parameters of the specific operations, including participation in deals and other actions within Nexelorant's infrastructure, and cannot be altered outside the smart contracts' predefined execution logic.

Fees and Network Costs

Under the current product model, Nexelorant's fee on top-ups and withdrawals is 0% for all users. This does not eliminate network costs or any fee provided for under the deal.

GRAM Petrol is a separate technical balance for covering network costs. It can be topped up and is used through a shared technical address or circuit for required messages and interaction with smart contracts. It is not a platform fee and not deal funds.

An unused GRAM Petrol balance does not expire and remains on the technical balance to cover future network costs and the technical execution of actions it provides for. Withdrawing GRAM Petrol to the user is not provided for; it is not a refundable deposit or a resource available for ordinary withdrawal.

Acceptance of Terms

By sending funds or initiating any transaction through Nexelorant, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept these terms. The user also acknowledges the technological nature of blockchain systems, accepts all associated risks, and acts at their own risk and sole discretion.
